Home Inspector Arnold Bojak
- G.S.T. Lawrenceville, GA
The purchase of a home is one of the largest investments that you will
make. It can quite possibly be very stressful trying to find the dream
home that you and you spouse can agree upon. Will the home be new construction
or resale, in the city or out in the suburbs, trying to find a home not
to far from work, great school districts ect.. With all these concerns
to worry about as mentioned before, the home buying process can be quite
stressful.

The one most important concern you have to worry about after you find your dream home is to have your home inspected by a Home Inspector. A qualified Home Inspector that can protect your large investment, your dream home.
Whether or not the home is new construction or resale, a home inspected by a qualified Home Inspector will point out all the concerns of the home and can save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars in repairs.
At Arnold Bojak Home Inspection I show the homeowner how to use all of the homes mechanical systems. I will inform them of the life expectancies of the roof, heating and cooling system, water heater, etc. If the systems need to be repaired or replaced, I will show everyone the reasons why. Issues are digitally photographed in the inspection report and printed on site to review at the end of the inspection.
And with the Clients permission, access to online reports is available
to all parties. All parties will receive their own password to access
the report so they can review it and or print the report from their office
or home.
I am a member of A.S.H.I. (Member I.D. # 243413) and a member of G.A.H.I.
(member I.D. # 02037) and ICC Code Certified inspector (known to many
realtors as C.A.B.O.) and Fully Insured with lock box access to all homes.
I perform certified inspections that exceed the A.S.H.I. Standards of Practice and provide a home education.
Endorsement of Arnold Bojak Home Inspector:
My career in residential real estate sales has
spanned over
thirty years and I have dealt with many different home inspectors. The
qualities I have come to look for are:
1. Up-to-date knowledge of codes, technology and safety.
2. Communication skills, oral and written. A deal is
rarely undermined when the inspector helps the buyers and sellers clearly
to understand the nature and significance of a problem.
3. Timeliness. In this business, all of us are pressed
for time: short deadlines and, many appointments.
We need accurate reports, delivered almost instantly so we can work
the deal through.
ARNOLD BOJAK is a home inspector possessing all those qualities.
He is a true professional.
